IS THERE WARRANTY ON HRS PRODUCTS?

HRS offer 30 days warranty on items such as front and rear bumper lights and DRL’s. Tail lights have one year warranty from the date of purchase. Video proof will be required for warranty purposes. Our warranty is local which means you don’t have to deal with the manufacturer. If the item is defective, you send it back to us or in most cases, we will send you a replacement and you get to keep the original purchased item.

HOW DOES THE WARRANTY REPLACEMENT AND REFUNDS WORKS?

If the product you purchase from HRS is defective, you must notify us within 14 days. Once the inquiry is received, we will send a replacement within 48 hrs if the product is in stock. If it’s out of stock, it may take up to 40 days.

In order for us to send you a replacement part, per manufacturer, video and picture proof is REQUIRED. The customer needs to physically damaged/break the part in order to qualify for the replacement. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Once we receive a proof that the product has been destroyed we will send out a replacement.  

TAIL LIGHTS WARRANTY AND REPLACEMENT

If the tail lights ordered from HRS is defective, contact us immediately and  make sure to provide us pictures and videos so we can process your replacement quickly.
All the tail lights we are selling are covered under 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.

Replacement Requirements:

  • In case of any defect such as condensation or any of the LED goes out on any piece of the light, customer must provide us video and pictures proof. Make sure the pictures and video clearly shows the defect. Video must be full resolution so the defect can be seen. Make sure the license plate is clearly visible in the pictures and video otherwise replacement part will not be issued. Please send us all the documentation at info@hirevsports.com
  • After receiving a replacement piece or set, the previous piece or set needs to be physically damaged. A video and picture proof will be required to show the damaged piece or set. If the customer fails to do so, he or she will not be qualified for future replacement or support.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Returns are accepted within 15 days. A 15% restocking fee for each product will be charged if the item being returned is not defective.

IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE OR THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE, WHERE SHOULD I SHIP IT BACK?

If you are not happy with the product, you will be sending the item back to HRS which is located 30 miles from Chicago downtown in a small suburb Glendale Heights. Shipping paid when making the purchase is non-refundable.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

We highly recommend buying (optional) insurance for your package against Theft and Damage. If no insurance is purchased and the item is stolen from your front door or it’s damaged in transit, HRS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE.

Additional $5 insurance covers your item for up to $500.

HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?

Once we receive the item back, we will examine it and will process the refund as early as the same day. Depending on the method of payment, refunds should process within 5-7 business days.

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT HRS ACCEPT?

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.

WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING?

Buyer is responsible to pay for the return shipping and ship the item back in original new condition.

DOES HRS PRICE MATCH?

We match prices with all US Sellers, whether they are listed on eBay, Amazon or any other US retail eCommerce website. We do not match prices with International sellers.

DOES HRS OFFER GROUP BUY?

Absolutely!
Group buy purchase is minimum 20 items. If HRS has the product in stock, we will ship it out right away. If the item is not in stock, it will be shipped directly from the manufacturer to the buyer in 7-10 business days. If the item is defective, you are not satisfied with the quality or any other reason, you will be returning the item locally, not to the manufacturer. Please contact us for pricing and availability.

All of our products are aftermarket therefore some of them comes with installation instructions and some don’t.

Hardware for installation is not included with any of  our products.
