Tip: For extra security, we suggest purchasing additional or longer self-tapping screws. You can drill additional holes on the underside of the front lip and use the self-tapping screws for added stability. We also suggest using extra double sided tape to secure pieces to your OEM body panels (bumpers, side skirts ect). Painters tape can be used to temporarily hold pieces in place until the double sided tapes adhesive sets up (we suggest 24-48 hrs). Where do I start, shipping and receiving was a joke. I understand they don’t want to send to an apartment because someone might steal the package. The shipping label was a FedEx label, but the tracking number was a UPS tracking number. Went to the UPS store where I was supposed to pick it up they had no clue what I was talking about I had to go back through the emails to find out they actually sent it to FedEx even though it has a UPS tracking number. Weirdest thing I’ve ever had to deal with. But once I got the kit after running around the world to find it by first look taking it out of the box the kit looked really nice.
When it came to installing this kit all hell broke loose no instructions some cheap screws they put in the box luckily I had extra toyota screws for bumpers I had to use them all. One of the biggest things of installation in the middle of the lip there’s three places where three screws are supposed to screw up into the factory bumper. The left side and the right side were not in matching areas on the factory bumper the middle one was. Both side pieces the screw holes were completely off, I had to completely drill and tap new holes to get it to work correctly. The two circled in the middle are molded in two different places. The outside places on both side, the holes are not in the correct location.
All in all my experience with this company and the product I give it a ⭐️⭐️ rating.

Thank you for your honest review. This is the first time we are hearing about the issues you had. Some products are made according the vehicles specs overseas that's why the holes doesn't line up. We are glad you were able to install the lip correctly.

First one paint didn’t last more than 5 car washes and was just now broken after a winter storm with no replacement parts at HRS as they don’t make the product just sell it. Was given a refund for that from company for the paint problem fingers crossed it will not repeat on this new one. Going to stay neutral on the review as assuming it will fit my needs of how it was before and wasn’t looking to break the bank on a higher end carbon fiber splitter at this time. So I’ll give it a that’ll do pig that’ll do rating.
Product is perfect. I have order from hirevs a few times now. I didn't give the 5star because of the shipping process and the billing process. You go to any website and you can purchase with any debit, credit or any bank you want and they will ship to your address regardless what the billing address is on your bank information. Didn't understand why they couldn't ship to my house because my billing address is different. Never heard of that. And then there's was a issue with FedEx were they send the package back where it came from when the package was here in my city. No clue on that. Overall good quality product.

I’m so happy with this new lipkit, I still have yet to put it on but the packaging looks amazing and it came to me so fast.
