I contact the costumer seevice twice and still no response

Product is superbe! Works just fine!

However the information from supplier is poor. Wasted 5h (what normally should have taken 1h30-2h) installing and trying to figure how to plug the wires until I finally figure it out. Hopefully I have some notion in mechanic and electricity. I’ve still asked for the info to be sure and was send a fully explained instruction document, wish it was already in the box. Website page also tells there is no documentation and video is coming, not so true!

Ask for the instruction right away, to spare time and frustration.

Overall, I am pleased with these power folding mirrors. The install is not terribly difficult. It took me about 3 hours working slowly and methodically. If you are experienced with this sort of install, it can probably be done quicker. The operation of the mirrors is good with one slight complaint. The automatic fold/unfold function operates at funky times. I keep my car in a locked, but narrow garage which is the reason I installed the power folding mirrors in the first place. Because the garage is locked, i tend to leave my car unlocked. For some reason when i manually fold the mirrors and drive in the garage, they automatically unfold if I open the car door after turning the engine off. The only way I can keep them folded is if I open the car door prior to turning the engine off...which is odd to say the least. Honestly, I would prefer to skip the automatic folding function and have a purely manual fold and unfold, but when I contacted the company they informed me the automatic fold control box could not be bypassed.

Oh well, I still give it four stars because the install is not terribly painful and at the end of the day I do have power folding mirrors which is exactly what I wanted.

Like some of the other reviews stated my driver side mirror is slower then the passenger side by about 2 seconds. HRS was kind enough to send another driver side arm but the issue is still there so not sure what the defect in these are. The product does work at least just wish the mirrors were in sync

I have been wanting auto power folding mirrors for my car for a while and finally stumbled upon this kit that was exactly what I was looking for. The fit was perfect and installation was pretty straight forward. There was one step in the instructions that called for inserting loose pins from the supplied harness into the factory door harness however the harness didn’t have those available wires in it so the step ended up being not necessary and everything was simply plug n play. I’ll also mention about the mirrors being not fully synced. In my case it seems like the drivers side mirror folds in closer to the door more than the passenger side which makes it seem like the drivers side is slower because it takes longer to complete the fold. But regardless I’m Super happy with it and would definitely recommend

My mirrors finally fold automatically. I'm ecstatic about this. I can't believe HRS has a product that can make a modification like this possible. The installation was tedious, but the instructions made enough sense for me to get through the whole install in a matter of four (4) hours. Someone else mentioned that the mirrors don't quite fold at the same time, I'm experiencing the same thing, but they work just fine. When triggered, the passenger mirror folds and unfolds quicker than the driver side does. Still, they work as expected, and line up just fine. Hands off to HRS for making this come true.

The folding mirrors are a great upgrade to my fk8 love them an not to difficult to install will definitely recommend.

I’ve average installation skills and it took me 3.5 hours total. What makes the install easier is to YouTube any part of the install you might not understand ahead of time (I.e. removing panels, disassembling mirrors, etc.). Product works great and as advertised.
