Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be in new, unused, undamaged condition and returned in their original packaging with all included hardware, accessories, and documentation.
For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Any applicable restocking fees may also be deducted from the refund amount. If the item is found to be defective, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide assistance.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect all contents carefully to ensure everything is included and free from damage. If any parts are missing, damaged, or if there are any other issues with the order, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
Installation Notes
Please inspect and test fit all products before painting, drilling, wiring, or making any permanent modifications. As with most aftermarket automotive parts, fitment and installation may vary depending on the vehicle, prior modifications, manufacturing tolerances, and installation conditions.
For body kit components, additional hardware such as self-tapping screws, double-sided tape, adhesion promoter, and 3M Emblem Adhesive may be recommended or required to achieve a secure installation. Depending on the application, some products may require minor trimming, drilling, sanding, or other adjustments for proper fitment.
For lighting products, we strongly recommend testing all functions prior to final installation. Please ensure all wiring connections are secure and operating correctly before reassembling vehicle panels. Certain applications may require additional wiring or vehicle-specific adjustments.
Professional installation is highly recommended for all aftermarket products. Proper fitment and functionality should be verified before any modifications or final installation are performed. Failure to inspect, test fit, and properly install products before painting, modifying, or permanently mounting them may affect eligibility for returns or warranty claims.
Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect all items and confirm that all parts, hardware, and accessories are included and free from damage before beginning installation.
HiRev Sports is not responsible for any labor, installation, removal, diagnostic, rental vehicle, towing, shop fees, or other related expenses associated with the installation, replacement, troubleshooting, warranty claim, or removal of any product. In the event of a product defect, our liability is limited solely to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product in accordance with our warranty and return policies. Customers are responsible for all labor and associated costs incurred before, during, or after installation.
