SHIPPING TO APARTMENTS & CONDOS:
For orders with shipping addresses to apartment complexes and condos, please note the following shipping procedure:
1. Orders will be shipped to the nearest FedEx location for pickup to prevent theft.
2. The order will be shipped under the name on the order, and only the customer whose name matches the order will be authorized to pick up the package. They must provide a valid ID for verification.
Once the order is processed, customers will receive tracking information via email. It is the customer's responsibility to track the package and collect it in a timely manner. If the package is returned to us due to non-pickup, the following policies apply:
- We will charge the customer for the return shipping cost and reshipping if they wish to receive the package.
- If the customer chooses to request a full refund, all applicable fees, such as shipping and insurance (if applicable), will be deducted from the paid amount before the refund is processed.

SHIPPING TO RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES:
All our packages require a signature upon delivery, without exception. If a package is returned to us, we will charge a return shipping fee as well as a reshipping fee. In the event that the customer opts for a refund, all applicable fees, including shipping and insurance (if applicable), will be deducted from the original paid amount.
Please be aware that we only ship to billing addresses.
