PLEASE NOTE: The power ON animation is triggered by the front headlights. If the headlights feature is set to ON, the animation will trigger when you unlock the car. If the headlights feature is set to OFF, the animation will not trigger when you unlock the car.

For vehicles with BCI -Back-up Collision Intervention, aftermarket tail lights may cause a BCI error on the dash.

Awesome lights

The lights did not come with instructions but if your mechanical inclined its pretty straight forward. Plug and play I did not have to splice any wires and installed them in under a hour.

Buyer beware. These are not a simple plug and play. The lights need to be wired in series(ie the outside light has to be wired to moveable light gate light) and entails removing all of all of tailgate trim parts to route the wires. I believe this is why they haven't included a video on the instal for these.
