Personally, the only downside of this service is that they only operate from Monday to Friday, so if an issue happens over the weekend, you may have to wait quite a while. Other than that, their customer service is truly excellent. You don’t need to worry if your product has a problem—just let them know and they will replace it with a perfect one. Overall, a great experience.
