From the beginning, even before your purchase, you had concerns and requested installation instructions in advance. After placing your order, we promptly shipped your tail lights. You then informed us they had been stolen and requested a replacement. As standard protocol, we advised you to file a police report. Shortly after, the tail lights were suddenly found.

Now, you're reporting that the lights are not functioning. We provided you with troubleshooting steps, which you have refused to follow. We also offered to inspect the lights ourselves—asking you to return them so we could test for any defects. If found defective, we clearly stated we would replace them or issue a full refund. Unfortunately, you've declined to cooperate and instead responded with profanity toward our support team and submitted a negative review.

Please understand, we are still willing to work with you. First, ensure that all relevant fuses are intact. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, return the lights to us using the prepaid return shipping label we will provide. If the lights are found to be defective, we will send you a brand new set or issue a full refund.

In our 8 years of business, we’ve never encountered a situation where every function of a tail light fails simultaneously. Even if there's a defect, typically some functions such as the brake lights, reverse lights, turn signals, or DRLs still work. A complete failure often points to a blown fuse or an installation issue.
