HIREV SPORTS RETURN & REFUND POLICY


RETURN WINDOW

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet all conditions outlined below.


DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

  • Customers must complete any recommended troubleshooting steps and contact our support team before initiating a return.
  • If an item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, a prepaid return label will be provided.
  • Once the item is received and inspected, a full refund (including original shipping costs) will be issued.
  • For fitment concerns, customers must provide clear photos or videos. If confirmed:
    • We may request the item back for inspection, or
    • Offer a full or partial refund, depending on the issue.

Important:

  • If no defect or fitment issue is found after inspection:
    • A 50% store credit may be issued, and
    • Return shipping and processing fees will apply.
    • Alternatively, the item can be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
  • Products damaged during installation are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Manufacturing defects reported after 90 days may qualify for a replacement or up to 50% store credit only. Full refunds are not available beyond this period.

NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS

  • Accepted only if the item is:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • In resalable condition
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and hardware must be included.

Fees & Deductions:

  • Original shipping, processing, insurance, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
  • A 15%–50% restocking fee will apply based on item condition.
  • Items not returned in pristine condition may qualify for store credit only (up to 50%).
  • No refunds will be issued for items that are used, damaged, or not resalable.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

  • Body kits / body parts:
    • Must be unopened and uninstalled to qualify for return.
    • Buyer is responsible for all shipping and applicable fees.
    • Returns will be denied if the item has been installed, modified, or test-fitted.
  • Open box items:
    • Covered by a 30-day limited warranty only.
  • Clearance / AS-IS items:
    • All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.

REFUND POLICY (IMPORTANT)

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected, or if an order is canceled prior to shipment.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
  • Refund processing is typically completed the same day or within 1–2 business days after inspection approval.

Processing Time:

  • Refunds for canceled or returned transactions may take 1–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on the payment method used (credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.).
  • Delays beyond this timeframe are typically due to the payment provider or bank processing times, which are outside of our control.

Non-Refundable Charges:

  • Shipping costs (unless due to our error)
  • Payment processing fees
  • Insurance fees
  • Restocking fees (if applicable)

RETURN PROCESS & INSPECTION

  • All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
  • If an item returned as “defective” is found to be fully functional, a 50% restocking fee plus applicable shipping/processing charges will apply.
  • Refunds or credits will be issued based on inspection results.

BEFORE INITIATING A RETURN

  • Inspect all items immediately upon delivery.
  • Any damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 business days of delivery.
  • Claims must include:
    • Photos of outer packaging and shipping label.
    • Photos/videos of the product before installation
  • Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be denied.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Returns will not be accepted for items that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged.
  • Professional installation is strongly recommended for all automotive parts.
