Good for the price.

I bought with low expectations honestly. It was easy to install and was brand new with all plastics on it. Only issue was fitment. My left side doesn't fit flush. I can only get one screw in to hold it in place. If I force it and put both screws, it makes contact with my trunklid. This was my only issue but everything else was perfect. I’d recommend buying for the low price & plug n play installation.

Awesome for the price

I had a set of V3 smoke but just recently picked up a set of the red lense as an "open box"

Truthfully these are technically open box; these are still brand new however this batch had slight fitment issues; in my experience it seems that the molding was not as precise; the small housing that attaches to the lifting portion of the hatch was molded too short where it meets the secondary spoiler leaving a bigger gap them OEM; its not a big deal honestly and hard to notice unless you're looking for it.

Overall for price its hard to beat

Bought an open box deal got a really good price i couldnt pass up so i knew there may be defects which there was. Didnt care so much for the scuff marks that nobody can see but the one thing that caused a star loss is one of the smaller lights screw is stripped so i cant bolt it down tight and it leaves an ugly huge gap. But other then that the lights look amazing.

Very cool shopping experience

Bought the V3 tail lights as open box for my Honda Civic. Very nice and responsive communication that made me want to try and buy the tail lights. Shipping process was faster than expected, took only three working days. From America to Austria - awesome. Product is very nice and was in new shape as they arrived. As promised they have an E-Mark on it. One think which is not so nice is the gap between the right lights and the trunk. But I was aware of this as the guys from HRS mentioned it before, in our mail conversation.
Overall I'm pretty happy and will definitly buy more stuff here.
