Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be in new, unused, undamaged condition and returned in their original packaging with all included hardware, accessories, and documentation. For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Any applicable restocking fees may also be deducted from the refund amount. If the item is found to be defective, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide assistance. Upon receiving your order, please inspect all contents carefully to ensure everything is included and free from damage. If any parts are missing, damaged, or if there are any other issues with the order, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you promptly.

Warranty support is available on eligible products. Coverage depends on product type, condition, and installation.

For lighting products, we strongly recommend testing all functions prior to final installation. Please ensure all wiring connections are secure and operating correctly before reassembling vehicle panels. Certain applications may require additional wiring or vehicle-specific adjustments.

Failure to inspect, test fit, and properly install products before painting, modifying, or permanently mounting them may affect eligibility for returns or warranty claims.
