Horrible customer service in replacing tailights

I just want to start off by saying that if you decide to purchase the taillights from them, DO NOT!! Go directly through specdtuning and have them send you to their whole sale whom they associate with. I have tried to contact HRS in regards my tail lights that began to glitch out on me and have only responded once to my email. I have sent multiple emails and have recieved no help. I think Specdtuning has helped me so much more in receiving a replacement set than HRS have all together. Be aware. If you order here, best of luck.

Hello Daniela, thank you for your review, we apologize for the issues you had with your tail lights. We actually did reply to you on May 31st, June 1st, and June 3rd. We advised you that the one year warranty was expired. We also offered you the option to purchase a replacement of just the light that was having the issue but you never responded.
