HRS 2018-22 Honda Accord LED Tail Lights - V2

So I'm been waiting on a part that this place did not have in my order, so they send it to my address with a required signature without telling me and now My order is lost or can't be located, this is horrible I paid almost 400 for these taillights and still can't used them.

One of my taillights, the brake light does not work. Very disappointed.

Taillights arrived quickly and were packaged well. It was disappointing that there were no instructions included, nor were there zipties for the loose harness. Also had an issue with the right reverse light connector- had to cut out the harness and install a Deutsch connector.

The lights themselves look great and appear to be of great quality. My problem with them lies in the fact that I am having inconsistent experience with the unlock animation. It hasn't worked in a week and when it does its random and without rhyme or reason. I have been walked through some steps but I haven't been given a resolution after emailing for about a week. Not sure where to go from here, but I am not happy with my purchase nor the support thus far to achieve a 5 star review.

Great product with amazing customer service. My only complaint is that they take a long time to reply to my messages. Other than that everything is great.

I love the tail lights! They work very well and installation was pretty simple with your instructions. Also your customer service was very helpful when I had questions. The only constructive feed back I have is that the lights are heavier than the stock tailights on my sport leaving my trunk to close harder than before. Any way to lighten the finished product or provide instructions/fix to tighten the trunk spring back up would be beneficial.

Otherwise amazing product!

Love the way these look and installation was pretty easy, only odd thing was the connector for the reverse lights was not even close to the one on the car, but it was a simple fix
