I absolutely love these tail lights on the 86. I get a lot of compliments about my car with these lights. Installation isn’t too hard, definitely easier with a friend helping out. I went with the smoke lights and it definitely went well with my cement grey 86

This tail lights look great and I love the animations, but they don’t have the third support screw hole on top so it is a little wobbly.

I first saw these HRS Tail Lights- Elite Series on Kevin Vo video and I believe the ones he was testing were the smoke lens tail lights. But the way he was testing them out and all the features the tail lights came with I was intrigued especially how clean it looked on the GR86, it gave it a different style. I was on the fence if I wanted to go the smoke lens route or the clear lens, but eventually I went with the CBR which is the "Clear Lens, Black Housing, Red Running/Parking Lights with Red LED's" because I wanted the design of the tail light to be visible during the day. I placed my order and it didn't take long till I received the product which by the way it came properly packaged and the price of these tail lights its fair compare to other tail lights I seen which can go around $600 hundred dollars. Installation was easy especially it is plug and play, but just had trouble removing the stock tail lights but overall it went smooth and I love the look it gave my car. After installing the new tail lights it does give your car a new slick look and especially at night these HRS tail lights do have other drivers take a second look at your car. I would honestly recommend them either what ever trim you get I know for fact you would love the look and it would be an awesome upgrade to your car.

Tail lights fitment is perfect. Start up animation in the dark is awesome and the build quality is good. Installation is easy, plug and play. Hoping no issues for the long term.
