Eligible returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged and in resalable condition, with the original packaging and all included hardware, accessories and documentation.

For eligible non-defective returns, a 15% restocking fee applies. Original shipping is non-refundable, and the customer pays return shipping. Confirmed defective or incorrect items qualify for a prepaid return label and a refund or replacement under our refund policy.

Inspect your order on arrival and report damage, defects or incorrect items within 7 business days of delivery. Installed, painted, modified or installation-damaged items are not eligible for return. For lighting products, we strongly recommend testing all functions prior to final installation. Please ensure all wiring connections are secure and operating correctly before reassembling vehicle panels. Certain applications may require additional wiring or vehicle-specific adjustments.

Professional installation is highly recommended for all aftermarket products. Proper fitment and functionality should be verified before any modifications or final installation are performed. Failure to inspect, test fit, and properly install products before painting, modifying, or permanently mounting them may affect eligibility for returns or warranty claims.
